    Two problems:
    1. Maze Runner Scorch Trials hangs very close to the beginning of the movie….it has been doing this for a month+ …any possibility this will get corrected?

    2. Several movies WILL NOT give the Server 3 option. ..therefore we cannot watch them! The movies this is affecting: Gone in 60 Seconds; Two Weeks Notice; Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Crystal Skull; The Greatest Game Ever Played…

    Lastly, when and how are movies chosen to be added? Hoping for: Mirror Has Two Faces; Three Men and A Baby; Three Men and A Little Lady; The 10th Kingdom; Walt Disney’s Beauty and the Beast; Walt Disney’s Snow White; Brooke Shields movie Sahara (we enjoyed seeing it way back now can’t find it anywhere!!)…am really anxious to see Arrival and Passengers added!…could sure come up with more.

    Version 4.72 did not work for me on my Note 7 Samsung. Then I had an update to 4.73 and showbox, now worked straight after the update. I made no changes to the settings either

    I continue to get the error message “Connection error. Check your internet connection” There is nothing wrong with my connection. I have tried both on wi-fi and my network and it is still the same message. I have uninstalled several times and even shut my phone down, to have the exact same message pop up. I downloaded the latest version 4.72 and when that didn’t work 4.69 to see if the results would be different..still the same. I have cleared my data and cache several times with the same results. Is there anything else that needs to be done? I have Samsung Note 4 and showbox has been working fine, with the exception of a “video doesn’t play on this link” error. Please advise.

      Hi, Tamara. So sorry, that must have been awful. I think you’ve tried your best but, the 4.72 is working for everyone (including me) with no such errors. When you’re getting that pop-up message? After opening the app or clicking on “Watch Now”? Pls let me know that, good luck.

        Thank you for your reply. I got it to work when I uninstalled and downloaded. I think maybe the link was corrupted somehow. Just to clarify, when I opened the app up, the error message would immediately pop up, so I didn’t have a chance to click on any of the links to “watch now” Glad I got it fixed.

    I’ve uinstalled then installed a few times and I still get this message “No available free space on SD card”.
    I have updated checked my settings and cleared my cache. So two questions.
    1) Why isn’t this app working?
    2)Why is my SD card space an issue when it’s supposed to be downloaded to my phone?
    Please fix this. I have an HTC Desire and it was working fine now it’s not. This app won’t work on my RCA Tablet either.

      I too keep getting the msg of no available free space on SD. My card has over 57gb available. I have updated, deleted and reinstalled. Neither are working. Anybody have any feedback?

    Love this app.I was having trouble loading it on my ROKU. It had been working fine. I went on your site. I deleted my All CAST.I download 2 other players recommend. No help.I then deleted my SHOWBOX. After a very long process,not because it was hard or badly explained, It it’s was due to my lack on electronic skills. Here is my problem it installed. I have the complete outline of the site. There is nothing else? None OF the movies, just a black empty space. I have the menu, the search bar ect. Also I still have no idea how to get it back to. streming on my ROKU. Please help me. This site ROCKS.I have recommended it to 36 people in the last 3 months. Some of them have asked me what to do about their issues. I direct them to your site. Unfortunately I can’t find my issue there. Thank you for the help you will be providing me in advance.

    To the developers of Show box/Movie box. I love this app it’s definitely a Netflix or Hulu killer that only repeat the same crap and make it look like they have lots of movies when they don’t and have to wait a while for anything new. when i first discovered this app I had a smile from ear to ear and it also works great with roku and chromecast you guys are the tru heavyweight now I tell everyone about this app it’s beautifully set up and simple to use little it has bugs hear and their but there’s always a solution to fix it and that’s what’s also great I hope to enjoy many years with this app and I’m even down to pay for it because it’s worth it but for as long as it’s reasonable so to the developers keep up with the good work and thanks for a beautiful app that brings lots of people joy

    I am running Showbox 4.53 on Firestick.
    Since latest update, lipsync gone on many series and films, and picture stretched very, VERY wide horizontally and thin vertically.
    If no solution, how do I install older version of Showbox..

    When i save some movies to my usb drive then go to plug it into the tv, xbox, or even the computer the movies are no longer there and have been replaced with different symbols…why is this happening and how can i make it stop…it has happened several times and i have to delete the files and start all over because nothing will play

      Hi Johnny, you can’t perform them because you’re streaming the movie. Those buttons may not work, but you can move forward, backward and skip by just moving the point on bar on your mobile. All those operations will work on your remote only when you play a download movie. If I’m wrong with the statement, please let me know. Cheers!

    I have tried older version, new version and yet none of the videos are available. The commercials come up quick…then it says to try another server yet there is only one served. This happens quite a bit with this app..many videos…yet none are available… What’s the use?

    Hello, I use an mbox and completely erased everything, or rebooted it, and completely reinstalled everything including ShowBox. That did the trick. I am thinking it was a corrupt file because other things were erratic, like I couldn’t update MX Player or access GooglePlay. I did download a movie recently too, where I traditionally just watched, but I can’t remember if the issues occurred before or after. Hope this helps!

    I was getting the ‘server unavailable’ message, uninstalled and reinstalled (latest version). Now all I get is ‘showbox has stopped working’ and the app closed.

    I’ve deleted data and cleared the cache… It STILL comes up with the error message and closes.

    What was a brilliant app is now a big steaming pile of completely useless crap.

    Hi, i am having an ongoing issue with showbox. After the las updates, when i click on a picture to watch that movie or show, it suddenly sends me back to my main screen with all the apps. I am using my Lenovo Yoga 2 tablet and I am not what the issue it. I have delete catche, data. Redownloaded app multiple times. Please help me. I love the app and it to be the best one.     Been using this for years on my android. I have the latest version, I can’t complete a download to my phone and watch it later. It will however let me “watch now”. I have tried clearing the data and cache repeatedly but to no avail. Any ideas as my commute is becoming boring!

    I have only just updated now shoebox and now I can’t select anything, cause at the top of the screen is covered by a white screen with a series of numbers and letter’s that I need to copy but doesn’t work when I ever I type it in, so I can’t access my shoebox, please help me?

    Same. Captcha pops back up as soon as you put in the code over and over…. probs still working on some things with the servers, and using the captcha to block people from messing up what they’ve done. Just a guess.

      Delete showbox and download an earlier version also delete mx player and download growbox keep growbox it acts the same as mx but it’s more suitable to showbox if you still can’t play anything try another version do this until late you get success it will work if you follow this

    Starting today (7/23/2015), I began receiving the “Video not available Try another server” error message. The android apk has updated to v4.11 (android KitKat 4.4.4) and I have cleared the cache and data. It went through the loading/updating when I opened it again. I have restarted, but I still receive that message for all movies and TV shows I try. Any idea what is going on would be greatly appreciated.

    After downloading a movie I wish to transfer it to an external usb stick via a usb on the go cable. I have successfully done this once but the second time I tried the file name contained the word temp on the end resulting in not being able to play the file. Is this something the app does in order to stop the user transferring files via a file manager app to a external storage device ?

      Get es file explorer then find showbow click on it then your downloads will appear hold down the file(movie) then rename it by erasing the part that has .temp then press OK. You should be able to watch the movie let me know if this helps. By the way the rename button looks like an I.

      You must select rename. After you select rename delete the word temp. Ex …..mp4.temp. but leave the period after mp4.
