Hello Buddies! How are you going with Showbox? It is really a big ride having journey with Showbox as it comes with more benefits as well as problems. I have listed and published almost all the articles about Showbox and it’s using procedures.     I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled showbox and I’ve also cleared the cache and data and still season 7 of Grimm won’t play. Especially the last episode :(. How can I fix this?

    Hello, and thanks for providing showbox. I absolutely love this app and referred to everyone I know. However, some tv shows don’t show the latest episode even though that’s what was selected. I’ve cleared data and cache, deleted and redownloaded the app but same story. In specific, the walking dead. I’ve had this issue every week with this tv show. Do you have any solutions please.     Have Showbox on my Fire 10 HD and it works relatively ok, but when I tried downloading it on my Fire 7 it gave me the error message “Having trouble parsing the package ” Does ANYOND know what this means and how to fix it?

    Not sure where to post this problem but episode 10 season 4 of Ray Donovan is incorrect , instead it plays episode 6.

      Hi, Scott. I’m so sorry that you didn’t get it to work. I suggest you do this – just uninstall the current version and visit this article to get the 4.69 version of the app which is its latest apk. After uninstalling that, install this new one.

      Note: Installing a new version, will not affect your previously downloaded movies from Showbox. If you’ve saved any movies to “Favourites”, then I recommend you to note them down on a paper and add those movies again in this new version after installing.

    Like most people on here I love showbox and think that you guys @admin are great.
    Could you pleeeeeeeease help me though..???
    I have show box on 3 Samsung android mobiles and they work perfect…BUT…When I try to download it onto my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, it downloads πŸ‘Œ but when I go into the app and try to select a film it says ‘Showbox has stopped working’ and logs me out.
    What can I do to get it working as it does on my phones..??
    Please Help..!!!!

    I absolutely love this app true it has stopped but, look at it like this the app has had problems here an there and it’s going to have more problems down the line that’s where the problem come in about been patient yeah I miss the app especially when I miss a episode then I can go watch it on showbox I just wanted to say I know it going to take a minute to come back up an I know you doing what ever you can to get it back up thank you for everything

    Administrators,
    I just wanted to take a moment to thank you !! I found showbox when I was diagnosed with cancer a couple of years again, and this app saved me when I had to sit for hours in a chair. I watched the shows instead of the chemo drip it made a very difficult time much easier and for that I’m very grateful. My husband was deployed overseas at the time I told him about the app he downloaded it and passed it to a lot of other soldier’s who enjoyed your app. I have to comment on all these people who put your app down first thing if they have problems and want to complain they should delete it and try to find a better app and pay for it !! It’s not like they have a contract with a cable companies for 2yrs !! Second, these people need to learn how to be grateful !! They could always go to the play store and pay up to 14.99 for a rental.. there’s more to life than complaining about something so small !! My showbox is having issues but I know it will get fixed !! Maybe people need to realize that there is a reason you can’t go through Google play store and have to go through the internet browser and did anybody stop to think that updates through their phones might have something to do with some of the issues! ! Just wanted to take time to thank you for everything you guys do !!!

    I absolutely love this app but it has stopped working despite updating it several times. It’s asking for a code repeatedly and only has server 1 available. Someone help this is making sad. Bring back showbox.

    First I want to say I’m a big fan of Showbox love you guys. I accidentally deleted my app and I tried to redownload it and now it won’t show up on my phone. is this a problem with the app or my phone?

      One: check to make sure “unknown sources” is checked off in your phones settings (android).

      Two: check your download folder for the showbox apk file

    I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS RECENTLY INSTALLING SHOWBOX. I TRIED DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING USING GOOGLES “NEW INCOGNITO TAB”. IT WORKED FOR ME ON MY ANDROID ON MARCH/2016. GOOD LUCK

    Hi guys, firstly thanks for providing this opportunity to ask questions.
    I have downloaded the most recent Showbox version and got it working with Growbox. I can stream to my TV using googlecast, but the only server I can get working is server 8. It doesn’t give you a choice of speeds and only has roughly between the first 15-25 minutes of any film selected, then it stops.
    If I try to select a different server, it says ‘Video not available, try another server’ but then the only other server available is server 8 which I know only has about 20 minutes of the film. I have been through the solutions re deleting cache data etc but it still has the same issue.
    If it is possible to use server 8, but move it on to the next part of the film, could you please explain how to do that in simple terms!!!
    I would really appreciate any feedback you can provide, and thanks for providing such a cool site – I just hope I can get it working. πŸ™‚

    I paid for premium as it was working on laptop . Now Gee can’t watch on laptop, switched to my android was OK for a day, now it stops and starts ! !!!!!

    Hi,

    Just to start with how great the app is. I recommend it to all my friends. Sadly i have a question: the app works fine on my S5 but however i like to use it on my laptop so i installed bluestack but somehow it gives me the error server not available. If u know what the issues of this is let me know or if u need further explanation:)

    Thank you for great app. It all works fine, except that during a film, it will stop the stream and an error message comes up: “Complete Action Using” with usually ‘Kodi’ highlighted in box.
    What do I do?
    I’m not too technical.

      Hi Michael, check if you’ve installed Kodi software in your device. If so, uninstall it and try once again.

    Hello,
    I am not complaining, just asking a question.
    I find shoxbox fantastic but it seems not working on tablet asus zenpad z80c, whereas it is perfectly working on other android stuffs.
    I’d like to know if someone knows if there is an available turn around, or if it better to get rid of my asus tablet for showbox. Others applications seems to be very bad compare to showbox (a few of them are currently working, it seems…)

    I don’t understand why people are complaining about an app that lets you watch unlimited Tv shows and movies FREE of charge. This app has problems here and there, but overall it is smooth & fantastic. The creators do the best they can to update and fix issues as they come. Showbox you rule!!! Best app in the world!!

    Hi, first I would like to say that I love the app. Secondly I would like to say although I have had issues, you have always been very good about explaining how to fix them on here. So thank you for that! My question is this, normally I watch a lot of TV shows but now I started getting into the movies I just recently have noticed though that the Watch Now option button is no longer on any of the movies that I select. Is this something new that I’m just now noticing, or is this an issue that has been had by others? I have a galaxy note 5 is that makes a difference.

    Can i just ask a question, i have a samsung tablet and phone and the app has worked fine for ages without any glitches although i am still using version 4.22, don’t like updating when its working fine, my sister just bought an asus tablet and i can’t seem to get any version of showbox to work for her, does it have anything to do with it being from different android devices??? My husband has an asus tablet too and his doesn’t work any more either? I love the app and watch it daily, i’m not complaining as i know there can be issues and afterall it is a FREE app just very frustrating when its not working, can’t undersrand why its working on mine and not theres

      Hi, check which version you’ve installed on your tablet and recommend it to them. If it’s fine, then check theirs Privacy Settings to turn on Unknown Sources. Hope this works, thanks.

    Hiya, just wanted to say a big THANKYOU to Show box and this blog! The advice listed above fixed the issue I was having with the App. I adore Showbox and have always worried that it will at some point be squashed. So I always see it from the angle that we’re on borrowed time with it and I will love it as long as it lasts. I’ve been using it for a while and its a wonderful way to dip your toe into a film or a show. Its important to remember that its FREE and a privilege!

    Hi everyone so here is the simple fix to solve the video not available problem.

    The bug is cause by the orientation of your device. specially tablets. the new add delay delay code cause the crashes since it cannot display the code in landscape mode on tablets so anyways to the fix

    1. turn your device to portrait
    2. start showbox
    3. select your movie or show you like to play
    4. now tap the show or movie
    5. wait for delayed add timer to stop
    6. now close the add like normal or hit back
    7.finally select quality and hit play
    8. once the file starts to play you can now finally turn your device portrait πŸ™‚

    its really quick fix but follow the steps all the best πŸ™‚

    I have the latest version of showbox. My problem with it is that I have a lot of tv shows downloaded but each time I click the “watch” button the app shuts down. I receive the message “Unfortunately showbox has stopped working.” Is there any way to fix this so I can watch my downloaded items?

      Same for me, using latest Showbox 4.16 on my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini and have removed the APP and reinstalled and also tried clearing data and cache but problems remain with ShowBox has stopped messages when trying to view downloaded content. Watching streaming content works fine but is not convenient for me.
      It is the best APP ever for me and I hope it gets fixed soon!

    Showbox is a great app unfortunately a few problems recently but some people need to remember it’s free and refrain from leaving abusive comments it helps nobody I just reinstalled showbox after cap glitch and it seems ok hope u get it sorted showbox thanks for all the work you are doing

    Ok guys I DID get it working again. BUT saying that I am having a problem downloading. When u download a movie and then u go 2 the download screen it keeps pull up a Web page in another language. Looks like Greek or something. Not sure if this is an accident or what. I just wanted 2 let the developers know! I ALSO WANT U 2 KNOW THAT WE LOVE THIS APP AND REALLY REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE ALL THE HARD WORK U PUT INTO KEEPING US UPDATED WITH THE NEWEST STUFF AVAILABLE!     Capatcha clearly doesn’t work! Much like the new update! Whats with all the re-directing?? Do not update if you still have the older version as somethings are still avaliable. Showbox has been such a big part in my familys life for the past 2 years it is with a heavy heart and great sadness that i will delete it. R.I.P Showbox “Had a good run” “Fun while it lasted”

    Yup same thing here, i love this app both on my Samsung galaxy s4 mini, my android tablet and pc via blue-stacks. but i just cannot get past the captcha screen since the updated version. I have full respect and am forever thankful to the devs for this fantastic app that allows me to watch all these films and tv progs. but sadly as of today i am unable to do so any longer. i hope you guys can see a way to fix this, as i am sorry to say i have indeed become dependent on your fine work and miss it greatly now that it has gone for me.     I’m running this app on a Matricom T.V. box and when I type that captcha it looks like it loads then reverts back to the enter another captcha …I tried this about eight times so I know it’s not being entered incorrectly!! Any ideas?? Thanks πŸ™‚

    Anyone else having an issue after the update. I just did the update but now on the top of shoebox after I open it, its asking for me to enter the captcha above. I’ve entered it but it keeps requesting a new one. Any ideas???

    I can confirm files are available again however as most have pointed out there is def an issue with captcha. So far ive only got it to work once even tho ive entered in the characters accurately many times

    Like the others. I installed the new version and was given a Captcha screen which was quite difficult to read. I have tried many times even when I was sure I git the right characters but it does not work.

    I updated the app but I cannot make out the Captcha. The lines running through the letters make the letters to hard to see. Usually it will let you listen but not this time. Any suggestions?

    I saw you wrote the app was fixed . I downloaded updated version and it has a Captcha box and no matter how many times I do it over and over it will not go past the Captcha screen so I still cannot watch anything.     the showbox app does NOT work!!
    I’ve installed the new version and it keeps telling me to type in the CAPTCHA word, which I do 50 times correctly!! but it still won’t let me in!! went back to old version but films not working!! just says “video not available, Try another server”

        No matter how many times I enter the captcha box details it will not let me any further.. I get Movie box loading screens and invalid login boxes coming up and then it asks me again for the captcha details..

        I can see that I can fill in more above the captcha but I can scroll up. The captcha isnt enough. Can anyone help? Already uninstalled and installen it again

        I’m having the same problem. Since an update 28/7 says I need to log into VK to proceed.

        The email/phone is completed with a random phone number & the password has been set not by me. When I copy the captcha word, it comes up with incorrect word and gives another word to copy. This was tried on upto 5 occasions and still no joy.

        Any tips or is this a showbox error and another update will be issued to get around this error.

    If you are in contact with the showbox app folk, please kindly tell them that they are super and we are grateful for the FREE app with access to free tv. We have used it daily for 2 years with no problems and because of this are happy and patient to wait for the server issue to be fixed.
    And thank you for providing updates. It’s people like you and showbox, who dedicate great portions of your lives to free apps/blogs that make me appreciative and grateful. No matter how much criticism and company’s there are, you all continue to provide a great experience. Thanks!
    PS it should be noted that although most tv shows are saying use another server, there are some shows available still, although not many.

      You just really made my day. You are really such a gud hearted person. You are one of the few persons who understood us correctly. It’s not fast food to do it in minutes. Server kind of problems sometimes takes a while. Actually this happened because users increased rapidly. Hopefully, we’ll see it live soon.

        Aww thats so nice of you and I’m glad my feedback made your day. What you do is a thankless task. It saddens me when I see entitled attitudes and negative demands heaped on the good people that create free apps and blogs. And I don’t know how you respond with such patience, especially as showbox is not your responsibility. Showbox and this page provide excellent service, much better than commercial companies that get paid to do the same job. Keep up the great work!

        I also want to thank you! I used to use Crackle, but once i found ShowBox, i was so happy! Since the problem, i tried Crackle again, but there was nothing good on it…yawnfest!
        I really want to echo what the other user said….thank you! You work hard to give us terrific selection, all in a very nicely designed app! Fantastic job!
        I, too, don’t like it when people are ungrateful & rant at you– It’s disheartening.
        So…I for one, am patient to wait for fixes…

      I also agree 110% This app has provided us followers with great quality movies/shows for over 2 years….so why the big uproar over a possible 2 to 3 day fix??? C’mon people…of you cannot wait I’m sure there is a site that will charge your credit card plenty, have fun haters!!!!!

      Show box is GREAT. My son put it on my Samsung android tablet and I use it when I go on coach trips to stop the boredom. I use it when my husband watches his football on TV. Please bring it back soon, I will wait as I find it easy to use.

        I just now updated to the newest version (4.13) and now it’s telling me to enter letters and numbers. Maybe to log in? I don’t know. Anyway it’s not letting me get past that part. THE NEW UPDATE IS NOT WORKING!!!!!

      I found a android fix for showbox it’s simple go to fresh installation of showbox let it update then close app go to settings -apps -showbox turn off notifications and clear data and clear cache then start showbox if sometimes the catch will reappear but start to flick on random movies till says play then restart app and enjoy tried on a cheap android box and galaxy s5 both workingΒ

    This is a great app but f.f.sake SORT OUT THE PROBLEMS! Half the time it’s unusable, “video not available” is one annoying error message I seem to get a lot, another is that I can’t use the “watch now” option. I can link my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini smartphone to my TV and watch the movies on my 40″ Samsung TV but lately this has stopped working too! Now I have to download each movie to my phone storage (which takes up a hell of a lot of space) and even then I have to switch my phone on and off to get the movie transferred to my phone’s internal video player so I can then watch it on my TV! It’s a massive amount of hassle when I SHOULD be able to simply click on “watch now” and the movie is transferred instantly to my TV.
    TO THE SHOWBOX APP DEVELOPERS:-
    Why is this app always so glitchy?!!! Sort these problems out, if this app isn’t operating as it should then you’ll lose a lot of your users to other, more reliable free movie apps!

      These people work hard to bring you FREE TV & movies. If you don’t like it there are plenty of subscription sites to use. People forget its free, enjoy while you can.

        You are absolutely right. This site is free, and is awesome when it works, which is 95.9% of the time. I can’t imagine who much they have to do to make stuff work. So, thank you show box. You guys are great in my book.

      I have installed MX Player with codec (I chose ARMv7 NEON) anyone listed in the play store will work. This resolved my issues regarding video not being available. Not sure if it was because my internal player was not good enough or what. I just installed ShowBox and MX Player with codec on my son’s samsung tablet and it has been working perfectly. Also I understand version 4.08 is alot more stable and then when it wants you to update select remind me later, you will get the latest movies once the program fully loads.
      I hope this helps, because I love this app too.

      to fix error on android box try another language try going to settings on the box then to your date and time and ensure that the first box is ticked off … this will fix the issue 80% of the time.

      as of 2016 – this is the best solution so far if you are in messing around with date and time on settings go back and chanfe it back then you will be able to access showbox/mobdro/ etc
